Magda El-Sabee

CEO

Magda El-Sabee is the CEO of Summit group. Magda has over 25 years of experience in the ICT market with focus on areas including strategic planning, general management, organizational development, sales & marketing, formulation and provision of technical services, corporate startups and turnarounds. She led the transformation and the restructure of the group from decentralized independent companies to one of the largest ICT groups in the region. Magda was the chairperson of the ICT committee at the American chamber in Egypt from 2008 till 2013. She served as a board member for the Egyptian Information Technology Industry Development Agency(ITIDA) between 2011 to 2013. She was also a member of the Egyptian-US Business leaders council between 2009 and 2011. El-Sabee holds a bachelor of Communication Engineering from Cairo University and a Master of Business Administration from the American University of Cairo. Prior to joining the Orascom group, Magda worked in the field of IT consultation and services with Oracle Middle East and Price Waterhouse Consulting Services.​​​​​​​

Azza Abdalla

Corporate Human Resources Director

Azza Abdalla has over 25 years of hands-on HR experience serving organizations from a variety of industries. Azza is an energetic self-starter with a high sense of achievement. Her experience inside organizations provides her with an appreciation for the impact HR initiatives have on organization effectiveness as well as the need for linking HR activities to business results. Prior to her current post, she worked in a Thermal Inkjet Technology R&D Facility for Hewlett Packard Corporation an organization being ranked in the top ten companies to work for in USA

Azza holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Degree, society for human resource (SHRM), Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), empowering people leaders (EPL), Business Continuity (BCM), and International Trade & Marketing Certificates from Oregon State University.

Diaa ElShamy

Chief Operating Officer

Diaa El-Shamy is also acting as General Manager of the Enabling technology solutions (ETS), business line at Summit Technology Solutions (STS). Diaa brings 29 years of experience in designing and implementing, telecommunication networks, city surveillance solutions, sophisticated Audio/Video Monitoring Systems, Light Current systems, Command and Control Centers, Databases, Archiving and Storage Solutions. Prior to this position, Eng. El Shamy was the Manager of the Technical Projects department of the Ministry of Interior where he supervised and managed the implementation of the ministry’s many national and strategic projects. He also was a member of many technical committees setting standards, evaluating solutions and implementing projects on Egypt’s national level .Diaa holds a bachelor degree in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from Ain Shams University.

Mohamed Mustafa

GM, Convergent Infrastructure Solutions

Mohamed Mustafa is the General Manager of Convergent Infrastructure Solutions at Summit Technology Solutions (STS). Mohamed has more than 20 years of industry experience in designing and implementing data networks, visual networks, and information security systems for mission-critical environments. Prior to his current position, Mohamed was the Services Business Unit Manager. He has been proficiently running one of the most efficient and successful business units in STS. Mohamed has also diverse regional experience as he was technical manager in one of the largest system integrators in Gulf (Kuwait). Mustafa obtained his bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Al Azhar University

Rami Zaazaa

Project Management Office Manager

Rami Zaazaa is currently the Project Manager Office Manager (PMO) at SUMMIT Technology Solutions. Rami’s experience is +20 years, he has joined STS in 1999 as a service engineer. In 2005, he started his managerial position as Field Service Manager, then was promoted to customer service operation and MIS manager in 2009. In addition to his job he also played the role of operation manager for the convergent networking business line. Rami’s expertise covers several areas such as project management, call center management, spare parts management, contract management, supplier relations, and customer relations. He has a proven ability to implement standards of IT Service Management (ITIL) and project management methodologies, thus accomplishing a strong track of improving business efficiency. Rami holds an MBA in Marketing from ESLSCA, in addition to an MBA in Management from MCMILLAN University (USA). He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt.
