Senior Cybersecurity Presales

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Acts as a cybersecurity consultant for STS’s customers

  • Engaging customers and partners, capturing requirements, proposing technical solutions and technologies/products.

  • Designs Enterprise Information security solutions using STS security product portfolio

  • Involve in customer meetings to describe/discuss the proposed solution and highlight advantages over competitors.

  • Prepares technical write-up and high level design that describes the proposed solution

  • Conduct research and gain knowledge of all key products and technologies (including competitive market analysis).

  • Drive new sales opportunities by proactively engaging with the technical community within target accounts

  • Create RFP responses, technical drawings, presentations, and recommendations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree of Engineering or computer science.

  • At least 2 years of experience in presales functions.

  • Working experience in a customer-facing role and comfortable presenting to small to medium audiences on both technical and business-related topics.

  • Technical knowledge of security technologies (such as Firewall, End point security, Sandbox, SIEM…etc.), information security concepts and familiar with security products and the security marketplace.

  • Fast learner with strong team-work spirit & positive thinking attitude

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities, ensuring all objectives are accomplished.

Senior System Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, ‎server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, ‎and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.‎

  • Provide level two of support upon requests & problems related to systems which ‎were not resolved through level one of support.‎

  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.‎

  • Utilize an automated ticketing system to enter clear and specific documentation of ‎cases performed and final resolution findings and resolution.‎

  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible threats.‎

  • Troubleshoot and debug environment and infrastructure problems.‎

  • Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems adhere to ‎organizational procedures & values.‎

  • Perform server hardware provisioning including configuration and deployment.‎

  • Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment.‎

  • Perform data backup management, scheduling, and reporting for both internal ‎corporate systems and data center systems.‎

  • Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, ‎settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and ‎project/operational requirements.‎

  • Build and deploy virtualization servers for corporate and data center environments.‎

  • Automate systems and monitor tasks using standard monitoring tools.‎

  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data ‎are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are ‎created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.‎

  • Conduct system testing procedures & analysis.‎

  • Coordinate system development tasks to include design, integration, and formal ‎testing ‎

  • Develop and complete actions in system specifications, technical and logistical ‎requirements, and other disciplines 

  • Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient

  • Understands and follows departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.

  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

  • Prepare activity reports on monthly basis using reporting tools.

  • Identify any possible future issues, report them to the manager, and resolve them where possible.

  • Independently collect and analyze business requirement for operating systems.

  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.  Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 5-7 years experience in IT Field

  • Demonstrate a strong initiative and willingness to learn new skills.

  • MCSE

  • CCNA

  • ITIL

  • VMWare

  • Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server /desktop Operating Systems 

  • Managing in excess of 50 Windows Server infrastructure

  • Managing deployments/rollouts Over SCCM

  • Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Servers/ESX Servers.

  • A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional -CCNA/ CCNP MCITP Server

  • Group Policy design and configuration

  • Microsoft IIS administration and configuration

  • Manage of Exchange Server.

  • SQL Server installation and administration

  • File server

  • Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration

  • Ability to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issues

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

  • Must be organized and can manage projects of varying length

Microsoft System Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION
  •  Planning, designing, implementation and setup the Microsoft Exchange.

  • Performing data discovery and architecture/design for Exchange migration projects.

  • Implementing Exchange, performing Exchange migrations and troubleshooting existing installations.

  • Configuration, support and administration of Active Directory.

  • Implementing   , monitor and troubleshooting the  Hyper-V.

  • Managing and implementing SCCM

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Microsoft Exchange and Active directory.

  • Scripting power shell  hands on.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Computer Science related discipline.

  • Proven documentation skills.

  • Very Good written/spoken English.

  • Strong analytical / troubleshooting skills.

  • Communication skills

Senior Account Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Understands and follows sales policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.

  • Positions the company for prime opportunities by selling the organization’s capabilities and solutions and gathering information that will make a competent organizational approach to potential accounts.

  • Responsible for all activities related to selected accounts within a specific vertical/industry (Government Sector).

  • Identifies possible opportunities for new projects through maintaining excellent knowledge of offered products of all business lines.

  • Identifies potential accounts through client assessments (e.g. profitability, size of business, etc…) and client needs assessment (e.g. company capability of delivering products to client).

  • Develops exceptional knowledge of current and potential accounts’ competitors, problems, goals, needs and issues and accordingly assists accounts in identifying needs, defining solutions and selecting the right products and services.

  • Identifies potential/current account needs through conducting continuous technical assessments.

  • Oversees proposal development through creating offers that provide the best affordable value and ensures that proposals address the account’s key issues, needs and requirements.

  • Responsible for the process of offer negotiations and closing deals.

  • Coordinates the efforts of groups serving the account (e.g. Project Managers, Customer Support Engineers, etc…) to ensure a synergistic companywide approach to the account.

  • Coordinates with project managers to successfully handle the account from signing the contract till project finalization.

  • Monitors logistical functions concerning product delivery to account premises.

  • Coordinates with Finance & Accounting for assigned accounts collection activities.

  • Coordinates with business units to prepare necessary account requirements through purchase orders.

  • Monitors client satisfaction and communicates client concerns.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  •  B.Sc. in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar and relevant work experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of IT Sales.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Good Computer skills.

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English language (speaking, reading and writing).
