Magda El-Sabee is the Chairman for Summit Holding, one of the leading ICT and business solutions consulting and systems integration companies operating across the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. Magda has over 20 years of experience in the ICT market with focus on areas including strategic planning, sales & marketing, organizational restructuring and HR development. El-Sabee holds a bachelor of Communication Engineering from Cairo University and a Master of Business Administration from the American University of Cairo. Prior to joining the Orascom group, Magda worked in the field of IT consultation and services with Oracle Middle East and Price Waterhouse Consulting Services. At Orascom El-Sabee held various managerial posts within the group. She was heavily involved in negotiating and finalizing the joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation and later on in the re-organization of the group. El Sabee is the chair of the ICT core committee at the American Chamber of commerce and also a member of the newly formed Egyptian-US business leaders forum.

Y. Benino

CO- Founder

Yoshiaki Benino is the Chief Executive Officer at Summit Holding. Benino enjoys more than 28 years of experience in overseas markets. He has been the CEO of Summit Holding since its establishment in 2003 and has devoted himself to create, incubate and grow the Summit group hand-in-hand with his peers from Orascom. Having fallen in love with Egypt and the Middle East, his mission is to contribute to world peace and his vision is to see the growth of the ICT industry in the region, leading to stability and prosperity. Prior to his current post in Summit Holding Egypt, Benino was stationed in Sumitomo office in Pakistan and later in Vietnam. He has worked on overseas assignments with Sumitomo mainly in the area of IT and Communication Infrastructure, where he was in charge of sales and project management of large-scale ICT projects in overseas markets ($100mn+ per project). Among the markets he has had experience with are South East Asia, South West Asia, Oceania, Russia and the CIS as well as Africa and the Middle East . He joined Sumitomo Corp. in 1981 where he started his career in overseas HR development.
Benino also acts as the full-time representative of Sumitomo Corporation on the Summit board. Benino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Accounting from Kobe University in Japan.

Hesham Abdel Fattah

MD, Orascom Taining & Technology

Hesham Abdel Fattah is Managing Director of Orascom Training and Technology (OTT), a subsidiary of the Summit Holding group.
Over the past 23 years, Hesham has established himself as an expert in Management Information Systems, IT and Telecommunications. A combination of technical experience and extensive business expertise in management, marketing and business development gave him the breadth required to develop and oversee the execution of business strategies for the company’s internal and external operations.
Prior to joining Orascom Group, he held managerial positions in Siemens LTD, Digital Telecom in Egypt and Jeraisy computer services in Saudi Arabia.
Abdel Fattah holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo and a Master of International Business Administration from OUDA Cairo/ESLSCA University in France.

Yousri Abdel Salam

MD, Qemmah

Yousri Abdel Salam is the General Manager of Qemmah, a subsidiary of the Summit Holding Group.
Before his current post, he used to work as the a General Manager in NCR for 10 years where he has had great acheivements and a proven track record in reaching the company's objectives.

Amin Alloub

GM, OTS Algeria

Amin Alloub is the General Manager of Orascom Technology Solutions (OTSA), which is a branch of Summit Technology Solutions company in Algeria. With 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the IT industry, Alloub proved to be a self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed business leader. During his current post at OTS Algeria, Alloub was able to drive business growth through aggressive management initiatives that resulted in increased revenue growth for the company. Before moving to Algeria, Alloub was General Manager of Sales and Marketing of OTS Cairo. Prior to joining the Summit Group, Alloub held top key managerial positions at a number of leading IT companies including but not limited to Pyramid Technology, Acer Middle East -as a country manager for Egypt- and Advance Computer Technology (ACT). His early experience comes from senior Marketing positions at Giza System Engineering.
Alloub holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Electronic Engineering from Cairo University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.

Safaa Hassan

HR Director

With 20 years of valuable experience in Human Resource Management across Europe and the Middle East, Safaa Hassan joined Summit in 2007 as Corporate Director of the Human Resource. Safaa is an energetic self-starter with a high sense of achievement and vast expertise in recruitment, performance management, training consultancy, industrial relations and regional work. A licensed Mcquaig assessor and a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), Hassan boasts a track record of achievement in management based on her agility and adaptability to new methodologies and technologies. Prior to her current post, she held key positions in world-renowned groups such as Hilton International in London and Inter-Continental Hotels, where she was instrumental in successfully managing transitions of ownership and challenging openings while maintaining employee motivation and commitment.

Hala Hammad

Audit Director

Hala Hammad is the Group Audit Director at Summit Holding.
With over 26 years of experience, Hammad’s broad administrative and financial background have made her a versatile professional with strong communication skills and diverse experience in human development needs. She capitalizes on a multitude of inter-personal and technical skills which qualified her to achieve Summit Holding targets in Egypt and the Middle East.
Hammad first joined Summit as the Financial Manager in 2006 then got promoted to her current position in 2007. Prior to joining the Summit group, From 2003 till 2006, Hala occupied the position of CFO for the French University in Egypt & MD for Societe Franco Egyptianne, which is the company financing the university. she has also held top management positions at Credit Suisse Cairo, where she worked there for twenty years. She has received the Member of Good Standing Award from the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt for five consecutive years.
Hammad received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.

Fahmy El Refai

Corporate Director Finance & Administration

Fahmy El Refaei is the Operations Director at Summit Holding Company, since 2001. El Refaei works on developing and implementing policies and procedures; in addition to managing local and foreign logistical and revenue recognition functions; besides handling the execution of customer contracts. In addition to his current post, El Refaei is also a board member at STS, and through this function, he is involved in financial resource planning and objective-setting for the group.
El Refae has over 20 years of regional and international experience in accounting, finance & planning, reporting and asset management at NCR Middle East and Schindler Egypt. El Refaei received his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration from Ain Shams University with a major in Accounting.

Amr Abou Ward

GM, Infrastructure Solutions

Amr Abou Ward is the General Manager of Infrastructure Solutions at Summit Technology Solutions (STS), a Summit holding company.
Backed by his experience in IT business solutions, he currently manages and supervises the business units that represent the core infrastructure for IT business solutions offerings. He also leads the project management team in executing all contracted projects at STS.
Abou Ward previously held managerial positions at Pyramid Technology Solutions and ITE - Sarhank Group.
Abou Ward holds a bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering from Ain Shams University and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo.

Ramzy Ebied

Ramzy Ebeid is the General Manager of Customer Support at Summit Technology Solutions (STS), a Summit Holding company.
Ebeid has been driving the continual growth of STS using aggressive management initiatives since he joined in 2005. He identified, established and managed strategic relationships to leverage long-term business opportunities. In overseeing all customer support activities, he ensured the highest quality of output to successfully build and maintain client loyalty.
Prior to his current post, Ebeid worked with Xerox Egypt for 24 years where he was engaged as a technical and software trainer and later managed Xerox’s training programs. His commitment and strong team-building skills made him an expert in human development training and customer service quality assurance.
Ebeid earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. He graduated from Ain Shams University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, where he specialized in Computer and Automatic Control Systems.

Amr Essmat

Amr Esmat is the General Manager of Account Management and Sales at Summit Technology Solutions, a Summit Holding Company.
Amr leads the sales and account management team in setting, executing and amending sales strategies and oversees account management services for STS clients.
With almost 20 years of diverse experience in IT sales at multi-nationals like NCR, Sun Microsystems and Oracle in Egypt , Gulf region and the USA, Amr brings a wealth of knowledge in IT sales management to STS.
Amr has received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University and has been working in IT sales ever since.
