Summit was established as the holding company to a number of newly established and previously existing ICT companies including Summit Technology Solutions (STS), Orascom Training and Technology (OTT) and Qemmah.

Summit Technology Solutions (STS)

STS was established as the result of the merger between three of Summit affiliates with the aim of improving customer service delivery, streamlining resources and extending market coverage. The three merged affiliates are: Orascom Technology Solutions (OTS)- Established in 1987 as one of Egypt's leading ICT and communications solutions providers, specializing in systems integration and telecom infrastructure solutions; International Integrated Solutions (IIS) Established in 1997 as an IT networking and communication integrator and Opensoft Established in 1993 as a software solutions and business performance service provider.

Orascom Training and Technology (OTT)

Established in 1998 A provider of quality ICT and management education and certification, with branches across Egypt in Cairo, Alexandria, Mansoura, Tanta, Assiut,Minya and Sohag.

Qemmah

Established in 2006 A joint venture between Summit Technology Solutions, ASSET Gulf and Saudi Arabia's Ejada. Qemmah is specialized in providing and implementing Oracle E-Business Suite applications and Customer Resource Management (CRM) solutions.
